TPF Recruitment is currently assisting one of our esteemed clients in recruiting for the position of Qualified or PartQualified Accountants to join their dynamic team based in our Brighton office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily management of a diverse portfolio of client accounts under the supervision of a Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of accounts for sole traders partnerships and limited companies.
  • Preparation of individual partnership and company tax returns.
  • Conducting bookkeeping tasks including VAT returns submission.
  • Adhering to budgets and time constraints.
  • Effective management of work in progress (WIP) through budget control and prompt billing.
  • Oversight and review of assigned tasks.
  • Compliance with accountancy regulations and quality controls.
  • Responsive communication with clients via phone and written correspondence.
  • Provision of technical advice and support to clients on various accounting matters.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accountancy practice.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or currently pursuing qualification.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and general computer skills.
  • Full training and study support provided for partqualified candidates.

A part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience in an accountancy practice. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and motivated attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges. Great communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Commitment to professional development and completing your accounting qualifications.
