Job Title: Smart Repairer

Location: Lisburn

Salary: Up to 32000 (depending on experience) Up to 5000 annual bonus

Our client is an industry leading and awardwinning employer who are actively looking to recruit a Smart Repairer who will be based in the body shop department of their Car Dealership in Barnsley.

The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs undertaken are on time and of the highest standard of quality. You will carry out preparation local paintwork light filling repairs windscreen repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles to name but a few of the tasks.

Requirements

Our client is looking for someone who is fully skilled and has previous Smart Repairer experience within a Bodyshop / Car Dealership environment.

Requirements: Proof of Right to Work in the UK. Relevant manufacturer experience. Smart appearance. Competency in numeracy, literacy and IT. Understanding of basic vehicle design, function and location of parts. Relevant product knowledge. Supports others to continuously improve performance. Seeks feedback on own performance, takes responsibility for own development. Understands the drivers of business performance and uses them to optimise commercial opportunities. Plans and manages processes, resources workflows efficiently. Demonstrates openness to change and improvement. Proactively looks for more effective ways of doing things.
