Salary: 44,000 - 50,000 (+ Bonuses)

Start date: Nov 2022 to Jan 2023

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager for our Children s Home in Aldershot.

The successful candidate will lead and manage our Ofsted registered children s home consistent with the approach and ethos of our organisation, delivering outcomes and high-quality care as set out in the home s statement of purpose to deliver in a child-centred and child-focused environment.

Deputy Managers with experience in the registration process and ready to step up will be considered.

Main responsibilities and duties:

Responsibility for the management of safeguarding children and young people, risk and service

governance

Ensure that children and have access to services which meet their health, education, social,

psychological, and emotional needs and wellbeing

Monitor outcomes and progress for children in accordance with their care plans

Management supervision, reviewing and monitoring standards, and practice development

Reviewing care and service plans to ensure care is being delivered effectively

Working with commissioners, local authorities, and health practitioners

Requirements

Experience and qualifications:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to work towards)

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)

Minimum 3 years experience working in children s residential
