Due to our continued success we are looking to expand our firstclass team by appointing a Leadership and Management Tutor.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a topquality training provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.
Are you looking for an opportunity to use your management knowledge and experience to develop our Apprentices
Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in an appropriate management role either managing a team or department along with the following qualities:
- Focused on developing the potential in people.
- Personable and engaging.
- Organised and motivated.
- Enthusiastic and professional.
- Good maths English and ICT skills.
- An existing teaching/assessor qualification would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
The successful applicant will:
Experienced as a Leadership and Management tutor and occupational qualified
Ensure Apprentice and Employer expectations are fully explained and understood
Ensure Apprentices are eligible suitable and committed to undertaking an Apprenticeship
Complete initial diagnostics on all Apprentices to identify skills gaps
Compile an appropriate learning plan for all Apprentices
Deliver high quality effective and efficient teaching and learning activities
Carry out Apprentice support sessions in an efficient and timely manner
Report Apprentice or Employer concerns to your Apprenticeship Manager
Adopt a rigorous approach to saving potential early leavers
Deliver appropriate career advice guidance and progression information
Make a positive contribution to improving your own/the team success rates
Contribute positively to business/team development/improvements
Be organised with good time management and IT skills.

Company Car:
This privilege is not applicable to every job role.
- Fully expensed other than private mileage.
- Opportunity to ensure a partner is able to drive the vehicle (taxable benefit).
Healthcare:

Pension:
- You pay 3% or 5% of your salary and the company will contribute 5% or 8% depending on the length of service.

2PM Friday Finish:
- Dependent on diaries and activities staff will be able to finish at 2 pm every Friday to enable an earlier start to the weekend and plan family events. Additionally (also dependent on diaries and activities) staff will be able to attend work in casual clothes each Friday (this is a noncontractual benefit).
Volunteering:
- Up to 2 days of paid leave during 202223 to volunteer at a charity of your choice.
