Year 5 Teacher & Middle Leader (Permanent FullTime) January Start

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced educator looking to take the next step in your teaching career We are seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher and Middle Leader to join our vibrant and forwardthinking school starting in January.

The Role:As a Year 5 Teacher you will:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that ignite curiosity and a love for learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan assess and deliver a dynamic curriculum in line with school goals and national standards.
  • Build strong relationships with parents carers and the wider school community.

As a Middle Leader you will:

  • Lead and inspire a key area of school improvement contributing to the schools strategic vision.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to support staff development and curriculum enhancement.
  • Play an active role in shaping wholeschool initiatives that drive academic excellence and personal growth for students.
  • Model outstanding practice leading by example and supporting colleagues in achieving their best.

What Were Looking For:

  • A qualified and experienced primary school teacher with a track record of delivering excellent teaching and learning.
  • Proven leadership skills or the desire to take on leadership responsibilities in a supportive environment.
  • A passion for helping students achieve their full potential with strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and organisational skills.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
