Trainee Client Account Manager







We are currently looking for a Trainee Client Account Manager to become a part of the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships. The ideal person will have a desire to build on existing relationships, learning how to eliminate competitive threats within our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction within accounts. You ll be a proactive and curious member of our growing sales team, learning to identify growth opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves. Developing the foresight and meticulous analysis that will take our company confidently into the future.
Objectives of this Role
Learning how to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance
Learning how to coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
Manage communications between upper management and employees
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
Learning how to oversee and achieve organisational goals while upholding best practices
Learning how to support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
Learning how to Illustrate the value of our products and services to create growth opportunities; and compile and analyse data to identify trends
Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting with program development for existing clients and new prospects
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.

- Have good knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, word and Power point
- Have good time management and problem solving

- Able to travel to clients if required
