  • National leading FacilitiesService provider looking for a strategic BDM to structure multi-site deals with FM providers

Business Development Manager - Facilities Services

The Role

  • This is a field / home based senior business development manager role
  • As Business Development Manager you will target Facilities Management businesses providing them with added value, efficient, cost effective waste managementservices
  • You will structure multi-site deals that will provide your FM clients with a full-suite of waste services mitigating the challenge of dealing with multiple providers
  • You will deal with C-level decision makers such as Sustainability Supply Chain Managers, Sustainability Managers, Facilities Service Managers and Procurement
  • This role comes with a target of circa 1m and average deal sizes sit somewhere between 30- 60K and can be up to 500k (mostly multi-site business)
  • This is a new business role - As Business Development Manager you will self generate and network to source business. Once business is won, you will manage and develop your accounts on an on-going basis

The Candidate

  • Experience as a senior strategic / corporate Business Development Manager within facilities services
  • Experience in structuring multi-site deals / contracts
  • Experience putting be-spoke solutions together with P&L responsibility

The Package

  • up to 55,000
  • 20K uncapped OTE paid quarterly (based on turnover and margin)
  • BMW 5 series equivalent or car allowance
  • 25 Days holiday plus stats
