OneSpace Interiors are a commercial fit-out company based in Northwich, Cheshire who are expanding rapidly. Due to this growth, OneSpace is recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to join our vibrant team. This role will be based remotely as it will be spent travelling from site to site with occasional visits to our Northwich office.

Working closely with our clients, our existing office team, subcontractors, and suppliers and our Contracts Directors, the candidate will price and manage projects, usually from cradle to grave, from taking client briefs/receiving tender enquiry, through feasibility, engineering, estimating, to construction, commissioning, handover, and final account, including all H & S supervision and paperwork.

Ensuring that it is driven to provide the best value solutions and delivered on time and within budget and to the client s complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities-Ensure successful execution and completion of the Electrical Installation Projects ranging in size from 5k - 500k. Usually several concurrently.

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable electrical project management experience, preferably within a commercial setting. They will hold a full UK driving licence for travelling to client sites. Possess a proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects.

     Overseeing site team
     Managing project finances, The ideal candidate:
     Have 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
     Ability to take ownership of projects and lead teams
     Ability to oversee multiple jobs at any one time
     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
