Your mission

Hello there and welcome here at Sungrow!
We are pleased to announce thatw e wish to continue to grow our team in the UK, with one of our most central Positions we can even think of: The Pre-Sales Technical Product Manager.
What would you as such you may ask? Well, let`s have a look, shall we?
The role includes, but is not limited to;

  • Pre-sales meetings with customers, to understand their technical requirements and in turn generate solution proposals based on Sungrow products.
  • Simulation of potential solutions and analysis of each so that an informed decision can be made.
  • Preparation of the above written technical proposals and presentations
  • To be the main technical point of contact for key customers, and generally support of sales efforts.
  • To represent Sungrow on various technical boards such as UK or Irish Grid information and steering groups.
  • Travel throughout the UK, with occasional visits to Europe and China

Your profile

  • Completed studies in Electrical or Power Engineering major, or similar, you have an affinity for electrical engineering.
  • At least two years of experience in a technical role, project development or project management in the solar PV or ESS industry. Having previously worked for an inverter manufacturer will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of PV inverters functionality and BOS accompanied with a solid commercial awareness, preferable in the solar or renewable energy industry.
