Your mission
- Respond to customers on the phone, redirect calls and provide guidance for the next steps
- Respond or re-assign the tracking tickets in the service platform.
- Formatting commissioning and expertise reports, sending them to customers and archiving them
- Tracking of missing project documentation from the customer side
- Tracking of service partner invoices and related documentation
- Implementing the invoice and rest of the documentation in the payment system
- Coordinate with other service divisions the need of quotation/invoices for customer
- Coordinating and tracking dispatches of material with other service divisions.
Your profile
- Organized person with recision and patience to provide back office and basic administrative support for service tickets, project document and level 0-1 of technical support
- Technical background with desire to continue developing technical ability
- English level C1 and above
