Your mission

We want You to help us provide the United Kingdom with more clean energy, especially with Battery Storage Solutions! And support us on the following tasks:
- Interface between our customers, Sungrow and Sungrow-Samsung SDI.
- Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers.
- Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Support EMEA Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports to each.
Your profile
- Study in Electrical technician or Engineer.
- Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Good discipline, team spirit, and self-motivation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.
- Driving license and Willingness to travel.
- Work out of Sungrow UK and home office.
