Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Setting Out Engineer to join our civils team in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate setting out for all aspects of civil engineering projects including roads drainage foundations and utilities. This role requires a keen eye for detail strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting accurate setting out and surveying on various civil engineering projects.

Interpreting and working from engineering drawings and specifications.

Ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with project specifications industry standards and health and safety regulations.

Liaising with project managers site engineers and other team members to ensure the smooth progression of work.

Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Assisting in the coordination and supervision of subcontractors onsite.
