Experience Required:
As a Junior Land Surveyor, you will train to gain a thorough understanding of surveying across several disciplines such as land, topographical, measured building and gain an understanding of the application of Health and safety and work methodically using your initiative to problem solve and liaise with clients when necessary.
We would expect candidates to possess excellent communication skills and can communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
Requirements
A relevant degree/HND in surveying or a related discipline, however, candidates with suitable skills and proven experience will also be considered
Great written and verbal communication skills
Competent in all MS office suite applications
Commitment to working safely with good health and safety awareness
The desire to develop within a team-orientated environment
Flexibility in your approach to working hours
Willing and able to travel and work in adverse weather conditions
Full UK driving licence

Experience /Skills required Essential: Experienced in use of Electromagnetic location and ground penetrating radar, along with the use of total stations and GNSS acquisition. A good understanding of common industry practices and standards in regard to utility detection, such as PAS 128 and TSA Good working knowledge of surveying equipment, such as GPR, CAT and genny utility detection equipment Flexibility to travel to our sites nationwide. Able to work collaboratively in a team and deal with clients on site. Clean & Full driving License Desirable: CSCS Card folder (This will be required before starting work) GPR Post Processing Experience AutoCAD / N4CE experience Utility Surveying Experience QCF Level 3 or Level 5 for utility mapping
