Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong leadership skills and water industry knowledge to oversee projects in Leicester and Sheffield. This role involves managing site operations ensuring projects are completed safely on time and within budget. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Operations Management:
    Manage daily site activities ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Safety Leadership:
    Prioritize health and safety by conducting regular inspections and implementing safety measures.

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and manage site teams subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives.

  • Project Coordination:
    Plan schedule and coordinate site activities while managing resources and budgets efficiently.

  • Progress Reporting:
    Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Essential:

    • Water industry experience.
    • Valid Managers CSCS Card.
    • SMSTS certification.
    • Deep Drainage & Civils background.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities.
    • Implement HSE procedures
