Van Mobile Multi-Trade Engineer - London Southeast

This is a remote position.

MULTITRADE MOBILE ENGINEER

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced MultiTrade Mobile Engineer. This role is on a fulltime permanent basis servicing our clients various contracts in and around London.

As a MultiTrade Mobile Engineer you will be required to support the clients objects to maintain the efficiency effectiveness and longevity of M&E Building Services throughout London client sites.

This is a mobile role so a full licence is required.

MultiTrade Mobile Engineer Offer:

Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable 41.25 hour week;

.

Salary up to £44k Depending on Experience;

.

25 days holiday (not including bank holidays);

.

Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution 5% employee);

.

Overtime available but not guaranteed;

.

Tablet and phone Company uniform;

.

Company works vehicle;

MultiTrade Mobile Engineer Duties:

• Maintain and repair ventilation and airconditioning systems and equipment;
  
• Undertake PPM servicing and repair works across various contracts;
  
• attend callouts during normal working hours and in addition be part of the outofhours emergency callout rota;
  
• troubleshoot issues with a system as they are identified;
  

• conduct performance tests with specialist tools and make adjustments as necessary;
  
• wearing relevant company issued PPE and clothing; and
  
• submit clear and concise service reports and timesheets.
  

MultiTrade Mobile Engineer Requirements:

• knowledge of HVAC plant;
  
• knowledge and experience of boilers controls heating and colling systems and ventilation;
  
• knowledge of Legionella and overall health and safety;
  
• City & Guilds in Mechanical engineering or equivalent;
  
• Time served mechanical / maintenance engineer;
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook; and
  
• Self motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
