The Role

Join us were an Investors in People Silver Standard Company

Due to expansion we have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our busy team Landscape Construction team.

Reporting to a Construction Manager this role will help to coordinate supervise and direct subcontracted labour on site to ensure that the project is completed on time within budget and also to a high quality standard.

What you youll achieve;

Day to day coordination and supervision of direct and subcontracted staff
Management and allocation of resources including plant equipment vehicles and materials
Overseeing landscaping projects ensuring adherence todesign specifications and regulatory requirements
Supporting Construction Managers in line with our Health and Safety Quality and Environmental standards
Undertake safety and quality inspections and audits
Client communication and relationship building
Completing site inspections and maintaining site records
Driving outputs and motivating teams
Ensuring a high standard of work
Mentoring and coaching field team staff
