As an Infor LN Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization or clients maximize the value of their Infor LN ERP system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure and customize the Infor LN software, and provide functional expertise and support to ensure the efficient operation of the system.

Tasks

  1. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
  2. System Configuration: Configure and customize the Infor LN ERP system to align with business needs, including creating workflows, setting up user roles, and defining data structures.
  3. Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Infor LN modules, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution, and provide guidance on best practices.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
  5. System Testing: Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets the specified requirements.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and assist with resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing system usage.
  7. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements, and work on projects to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Infor LN system.
  9. Project Management: Collaborate with project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, information technology, or engineering.
  2. In-depth knowledge and experience with Infor LN ERP software.
  3. Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, especially in the areas of finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  6. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools (optional).
  8. Relevant certifications in Infor LN or ERP systems (optional).
