As a Graduate Sales Development Executive youll be at the forefront of this change connecting renters with their dream homes.
Working hours: Rotas are set in advance Monday to Friday 9am6pm or 10am7pm. This role also requires a biweekly Saturday with a day in lieu in return.
Office location:London Southwark this is a full time officebased role (close to Southwark Waterloo and Blackfriars stations)
Salary: Base Salary 23k 30k OTE (uncapped)

The Role:
As a Graduate Sales Development Executive youll be the first point of contact for potential renters and play a crucial role in our sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engage with potential renters: Connect through inbound and outbound calls WhatsApp and email to understand their unique needs and guide them toward their ideal home.
- Matchmaking magic: Use your insights to recommend properties that perfectly fit their preferences helping them envision their next chapter.
- Think beyond the obvious: Crosssell other exciting options that might better suit the customers needseven if its in a new location.
- Become a property expert: Immerse yourself in the details of the homes we offer and the local areas so you can confidently paint a picture of each potential new home.
- Collaborate for success: Work closely with your team sharing ideas and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Turn inquiries into excitement: Ensure each customer gets booked in for viewings that fit their schedule leaving them excited about their home search journey!

- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with a range of customers

- Exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills
