ALDIA works with its own group of consultants to improve quality, create stability, minimize risks and provide technological and innovative solutions by being part of all phases of the complete life cycle of the processes incorporating the agile methodology in each of them.
We are currently looking for EDS System Engineer to join our team of consultants on an indefinite basis, located in UK, France, Turkey or Spain.
Responsibilities or duties:
Collect and check electrical systems information from customer and suppliers
As part of the circuit team, at the customer, create engineering data to support the creation of Harness drawings.
Logical circuitry design using as example CHS (Siemens)
Physical schematics design as per harnesses topology, locate devices, define Inline connections and validate grounding - using as example CHS (Siemens).
Apply the customer specifications and ensure DfM conformity at the design level.Analysis and creation of requests of product modifications (Engineering Changes) and schematics modifications (mark-ups).
Creation of detailed technical support documentation.
Analysis of the OEM device design transmittals to assure requirements during the circuitry design.
Perform wire dimensioning & fuse selection according EDS specs.
Design of fusing strategy and power distribution.
Analyses of voltage drops and fuse blow percentages.
Apply and ensure customer SDS requirements.
Perform circuit validations such us multi-crimps, splices, inline, grounds, circuit option codes, vehicle order validations and others.
Prepare EDS systems add and delete lists to support feature cost estimations for new programs or TVM actions
