Role: Female Coach Required

Location:East Croydon

Body Fit Training East Croydon is looking for passionate coaches to join the team ahead of our opening date around mid to late July 2024.

As a new to market brand in the UK we are looking to establish a strong presence within the Croydon community and cement ourselves as a leader within the Health and Fitness space. With a strong emphasis on coaching and community our aim is to provide a welcoming inclusive training space for all people no matter their experience with training.

Focusing on S&C style training our periodised programs are designed with a performance output focus. We rely on the science of training to ensure we deliver results to our members through progressive overload whilst keeping a keen eye on form and ensuring quality movement first and foremost.

What we expect and require:

Level 3 Personal Training qualification

First aid and personal liability insurance

2 years minimum of PT experience

Attendance to monthly team meetings

The ability to work at least one morning and one evening every week

The ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week

Our process:

Applicants will be sent some qualifying questions via email

Successful applicants will be asked to come to site for an informal interview

Training will commence before opening to bring the team up to date on all things BFT

Remuneration:

Applicants will start at 20 per class during a 3month probationary period

Following a successful probation pay increases to 25 per class

Long term the intention is to introduce a commission structure across the team based on studio success
