Location: London Bridge/Borough and East Dulwich South London

Pay: 21 per hour (including holiday accrual)

Position Overview: Slingshot Education is seeking dedicated and experienced After School Club Site Managers to oversee our afterschool clubs in London Bridge/Borough and East Dulwich. As an After School Club Site Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our site maintaining high standards of service and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. You will be supported by a team of Group Leaders who will assist you in managing daily activities and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the afterschool club ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently from 3:15 6:15pm on weekdays during term time.
  • Manage and support a team of Group Leaders providing guidance training and performance feedback.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate creative activities or sports/games ensuring they are engaging and appropriate for children aged 411.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling reporting and inventory management.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and participants.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferably in a similar setting.
  • At least two years of experience working with children aged 411.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for engaging and supporting children with expertise in creative activities or sports/games.
  • Ability to work afterschool hours 5 days per week.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.
