Requirements
The company are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in Telesales. They are looking for someone who is willing to put the effort in to reap the rewards of their hard work. The ideal candidate will be someone who can build strong and meaningful relationships with their customers to receive loyalty from them. Someone who wants to carve out a place for themselves and become the go-to person in their industry.
As a telesales person you will be expected to deal with new and existing customers, the customers that you sell to will either be architects, building companies, or the consumer themselves. You will be given targets that you need to work towards and achieve.
