Live in CaretakerSecurity part time cottage 20k gross pa

Current caretaker/security retiring after 25yrs recommends this lovely rural role situated in a beautiful area near the sea in Suffolk. Private home with 4 acres of grounds. This is a part time position probably no more than 2 hrs per day looking after the security at all times and light maintenance of a private home. Gardener and Housekeeper employed. Some animal care feeding the dog and Alpacas is also required. Additional duties to include dealing with contractors taking deliveries running errands and collecting employers from local station. Any additional hours or days required would be paid extra. Would ideally suit someone ex Services/Police who is happy to be based on site. Non smoker and driver essential. Car provided (all costs covered) and one bed cottage offered as staff accommodation (costs covered).
