Job: Accounts Assistant Full Time Permanent
Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Salary: Starting from 25,000 to 26,000 depending on experience + Bonus OTE 29,900 + Benefits
Hours 37.5

The main responsibilities of the role will include:
Process all documentation monthly to record the profitability of the company accurately
Ensure adequate cash flow through supplier payments and effective credit control
Monitor, report, release, and collection of all related rebates
Timely generate all recharges from the company
Record and process accurate and timely information for VAT, P11d, PAYE and Audits.
Monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet account s
Monthly and quarterly preparation of company reports including consolidation.
Process timely and accurately all direct debits for the Group
Support for the Accountant as required

Requirements
Have previous experience working in an Accounts setting
Demonstrate a good standard of computer skills
Be well organized and show a methodical approach to their workload
Be a natural problem solver with a good eye for detail
Show a great team player mentality
Work flexibly to meet the business needs if required
Previous experience working within the Motor Trade would be an advantage however not essential as full training will be provided.
