JOB: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE
LOCATION: HIGH WYCOMBE, HP11
SALARY: 28,000 depending on skills and experience + Bonus OTE 38,000 + Benefits
MON-FRI 08:30-17:30, SAT ROTA 08:30-13:00

As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within the retailer as being the point of communication between the Technicians and their To be successful within this role, they requireprevious Automotiveexperience with a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and a desire for no two working days to be the same ever!
As a Service Advisor your key responsibilities will be:-
Arranging and booking customers vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email
Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with confidence and become their point of contact for the customers vehicle being within their Workshop
Be able to provide updates and advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out
Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or
