FULL TRAINING PROVIDED to become a Lead Fluidcare Technician, you will lead a shop floor team at the Rolls Royce plant to ensure that Quaker Houghton is providing a quality service. This person is a key team player in ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations.

Tasks
What will you do?
Lead a small team of support operators at the Rolls Royce site to ensure our Metal Working lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners and other Quaker Houghton industrial fluids necessary for the client s manufacturing process, are working under the best conditions.
Such as:
- Ensure that the team keeps equipment & products involved properly maintained and operated.
- Oversee that the team meets high cleanliness standards where our products operate.
- Ensure the team follows all quality, safety & environmental policies.
- Administrative and data entry tasks into our software application.
- Maintain constant communication with the Quaker Houghton teams involved and the main Rolls Royce stakeholders.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
- 2 year experience in team management in any sector. Even though it is an advantage, no industrial experience is necessary.
We are looking for someone with leadership skills who is a fast learner and eager to develop a career in the manufacturing sector working with well-established multinational companies.
- Good English skills.
- Schedule: Monday Friday. Day shift.
- Location: Derby.
- Soft skills: high safety consciousness, proactive, good communicator and influencer.
