Job Title: Bodyshop General Manager
Location: Darlington DL3
Salary: Up to 55000 (depending on experience) bonus OTE Up to 75000 car allowance
Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week No Weekends

In 2024 our client opened the doors to an innovative and stateoftheart Bodyshop in Darlington and we are on the lookout for talented individual to be the Bodyshop Manager and lead the team going forward.

You will be:
Manage onsite team of experts (paint sprayers panel beaters MET technicians estimators and administrative staff)
Experienced in team management and driven by results
Understand business needs accounts reports and KPIs
Efficiently manage site resources and costs for optimal capability and profitability
Actively manage relationships with work providers and suppliers
Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
Prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager with expertise in health and safety protocols
Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety measures
Plan workload to meet agreed timescales for vehicle readiness
Work skillfully and safely following manufacturers specifications
Lead and collaborate effectively within a team or independently with minimal supervision
Flexible approach and commitment to high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
