Business Development Manager







As Business Development Manager you will provide complete account management to existing customers, find new business, develop relationships, manage pipelines, forecasting and quarterly reviews You will continuously develop your product knowledge to allow you to identify and support your customers filtration
How will you do this?
- Growing the account base through strategic and pro-active activities
- Work collaboratively with other business areas to deliver against targets
- Develop relationships at senior levels within the account portfolio
- Create and implement account development plans to exceed revenue and profit targets
- Develop your understanding of your account base, to create accurate account maps, opportunity pipeline and forecasts
- Collaborate across the wider sales team to achieve team revenue and profit targets
- Create drivers to increase revenue, margin, and product adoption
- Manage customer pipeline and produce accurate weekly forecast reports
- Introduce new products into account base
To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:
- Proven success in an account management role selling to the B2B channel sector
- A proactive approach to account management
- An excellent communicator
- Motivation to continuously develop your industry knowledge
- Work effectively under pressure maintaining exceptional levels of attention to detail
- Well organised and capable of managing time and prioritising a busy workload
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
- HVAC /filtration experience (preferred not essential)

Salary 40 - 45k dependant on experience, Company Car, Fuel
