Job description
The Role:
Our client specialises in Lead Generation for Life Insurance, you will be responsible for speaking to customers, discussing their current situation and either reviewing an existing product or discussing the options for new products or services surrounding life insurance products and debt solutions, whilst trying to build effective relationships and conduct fact finds with potential clients and existing customers by use of appropriate questioning, language, and soft skills.
What we are looking for:
Reliable, positive and a can do attitude, previous experience of working towards KPI s and targets, and enjoys working in a fast paced, vibrant, positive team that understands the benefits of sharing best practice,
Previous experience within a sales department, contact center, insurance, telesales, Debt Management, door to door sales and lead generator is essential 6 months minimum sales experience

Salary:
20k OTE up to 37k commission.
No weekends.
Hours:
Mon Thurs 09:00am 18:00pm
Fri 09:00am 15:00pm
