The Facilities and Maintenance Response Engineer is directly responsible for the activities of the Facilities and Maintenance department relating to breakdowns, contingency support, corrective actions, countermeasure-primary,adherence, NPI installation, and equipment support, preventative or predictive.
Tasks
- Define and working to set objectives and specifications towards meeting key performance indicators (KPI) in Quality, Cost and Delivery.
- Primary objectives, Support Facilities and Maintenance breakdowns, Planned activity and continuous improvement activity
- Liaise with Facilities and Maintenance Leaders to ensure compliance to SAP notifications adherence as assigned.
- Ensure that work is conducted efficiently and adhere to procedures in order to meet health & safety, cost & quality targets.
- Works with Facilities and Maintenance Leader to balance labour and other resources across the department
- Ensure that safe and planned systems of work are used within relevant maintenance and equipment processes.
- Implement Work Instructions to support continuity and development.
Requirements
- Support of Infrastructure Electrical Installation and Systems in compliance to BS7671.
- Testing of Inspection of Electrical Installation BS2391.
- Compressed air systems-Repair and Maintenance, includes associated pressure vessel system maintenance, in compliance with Pressure Safety Systems Regulations 2000.
- Automated access and egress systems, service and repair on site to ensure compliance with HASWA 1974-Safe access and egress.
