We are recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager on behalf of a multisite company which will be based at their Head Office in Brackley. On offer is a salary of between 52000 and 58000 per year plus bonus company employee incentive scheme 23 days holiday with the added extra after one year of an extra days holiday for your birthday and the option to buy or sell 3 days holiday a year onsite parking pension scheme the option for office or hybrid working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home based) and the opportunity to join a wellestablished successful and expanding company which has a strong reputation for the development of their team members.

As the Bid Manager you will lead a dynamic collaborative and successful bid team with responsibility for:

  • Managing and working alongside a small team to achieve and exceed targets which will include performance reviews and regular catch ups.
  • Accumulating and distributing detailed tender information.
  • Being the senior point of contact for numerous stakeholders.
  • Ensuring excellent levels of administration and data managing compiling reports utilising facts from numerous sources.
  • Ensuring consistent levels of accurate reporting across all areas as well as handling incoming enquiries and any complaints as well as encouraging continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of submission to meet set standards.

To be considered as the Bid Manager you will need:

  • To be an experienced Bid / Proposal or Tender Manager with a good understanding of PQQ s tenders and of liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • To have managed developed and motivated a Bid Team.
  • To have produced high scoring written content for competitive tenders.
  • To be happy to manage and work alongside your team completing tender documents.
