Practice Manager/Compliance

Hybrid / Birmingham

34,000 - 40,000 pa pro-rata

We are recruiting for a Birmingham-UK based Digital Mental Health Clinic. We are seeking a Practice Manager/Compliance Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of the service, ensuring the patient experience is at the fore, and all performance and quality standards are met.

Working closely with the Clinical Manager and Medical Director, the Practice Manager will deliver excellence in the following key areas:

Enhancing patient experience

Regulatory Compliance

Facilities Leadership

Management- supervise administrative staff

Assistance with Marketing

Business Development

Your Skills

Your Experience:

2-3 years experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team

CQC Registered Manager experience preferred

Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail

A self starter with a passion for customer service

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience with facility management

Hours: Part Time (3 days per week) Hybrid working

Working hours to be agreed client is very flexible

Reports to:Medical Director

The successful candidate will be able to provide guidance and leadership to company personnel in the application of policies, procedures and regulations regarding proper business practices and employee conduct. Requirements

Experience:

Medical Practice Management: 3 years (required)

Knowledge of CQC compliance requirements

Suitable for previous CQC registered managers

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham
