Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales training and will be able to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that will help entrylevel SDR s understand the fundamentals and tactics to help them start their careers by hitting the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to Graduate SDR s
- Assess the needs of incoming SDR s with varying experience and develop training programs that meet those needs
- Deliver training programs in a clear concise and engaging manner
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Work with sales managers to identify and develop sales training opportunities
- Stay uptodate on the latest sales techniques and trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sales training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
