We are looking for a passionate and positive Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Manchester Arndale. The ideal candidate should have a known experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. We are looking for a candidate with good flexibility to help support the store throughout the week so the mentioned contract would be their guaranteed hours with flexibility to do more.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and tidy store appearance.
Assist customers in finding the products they need and offer them personalized recommendations.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales in the store.
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail sales is desirable.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Understanding of Visual Merchandising and able to display this ability.
