Tasks
What will you be doing?
Our client places a high value on its employees. They re looking for someone passionate who will manage the recruitment process from the client onboarding to the offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Your ultimate goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise their commercial performance.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following;
Identifying and developing client/business relationships
Attracting and onboarding new clients through marketing, business development and networking
Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Develop a strong recruitment strategy, both in terms of finding clients and individual client resourcing needs
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between the client and the candidate
Offering CV, interview, and general career advice
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or billings
Requirements
Recruitment degree?
We don t need people with degrees in recruitment as we know that experience and personality provide people with all the skills they need to succeed and build a professional and lucrative career, full of unlimited career opportunities. So if you have talent, enthusiasm and a good level of experience in the industry, this is for you!
