£23,000 - £25,000/annum with Uncapped commission
REM Waste is a fast growing National Waste Management & Recycling Company that has firmly penetrated the UK market and is becoming an important and integral part of the waste management industry. Due to the unprecedented growth, we are looking to expand our current sales team with experienced and motivated inside sales representatives in order to further strengthen market share and grow the residential and commercial side of the business.
If you are driven, enthusiastic and passionate about sales and willing to work in a fast paced environment, this is the perfect moment to join the team!
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Be in charge of the ultimate customer experience by handling inbound/outbound calls.
- Convert warm leads into sales and be proactive in looking for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Up-sell products and services
- Work towards daily, monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements

- Experience in telesales or direct selling motivated to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent people skills and ability to engage with people on all levels
- An outstanding deal maker confident in negotiating and closing deals
- Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, and a high level of resilience
