We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Associate to join our thriving residential conveyancing team located in Gravesend. In this role you will handle a comprehensive and diverse range of residential conveyancing cases with occasional involvement in commercial matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managing transfers of equity
  • Processing remortgages
  • Navigating stamp duty procedures
  • Conducting title checks
  • Preparing search reports
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Overseeing freehold and leasehold sales/purchases including lease grants
  • Regulating landlord and tenant relationships
  • Managing lease renewals and deeds of surrender
  • Coordinating refinancing activities
  • Overseeing business acquisitions and sales
  • Drafting utilities agreements
  • Actively participating in business development
  • Managing cases from start to finish

Candidate Requirements: We seek candidates who are exceptionally organized disciplined and capable of thriving in a highvolume fastpaced environment. Ideal applicants will join a supportive team and possess substantial experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. They should be adept at independently managing their caseloads with minimal supervision.

This is a challenging role so the ability to prioritize tasks take initiative and work proactively is essential.

A professional demeanour polished appearance and strong technical skills are highly desirable but not mandatory.

Secretarial support will be provided.
