The Role:

As a KS2 Teacher you will:

  • Deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and personal growth.
  • Monitor assess and track student progress providing feedback to both students and parents.
  • Work closely with colleagues including support staff and specialists to enhance the learning experience.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.

What Were Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in or passion for teaching KS2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and proven ability to plan deliver and assess lessons effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students staff and parents.
  • A creative and adaptable teaching style that engages all learners and caters to diverse learning needs.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to contribute to the schools vision and ethos.

Desirable:

  • Experience using educational technology to enhance learning.
  • A commitment to extracurricular activities and helping children explore their talents outside of the classroom.
  • A willingness to contribute to school improvement and curriculum development.
