This fantastic opportunity offers 18 per hour (approximately 32,500 - 42,000) + TRONC. What Does the Role Entail?
As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring each dish embodies the perfect balance of taste and texture that defines our brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising food preparation, ensuring consistency in both taste and presentation.
- Assisting the Head Chef with kitchen duties, including overseeing daily operations.
- Monitoring kitchen hygiene and enforcing food safety standards.
- Contributing to recipe development and the introduction of new dishes.
- Ensuring the kitchen meets the highest quality standards at all times.
- Promoting a positive, professional atmosphere among team members and guests.
What Skills Will You Have?
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- A passion and knowledge of beef produce and expert steak cooking techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide the team effectively.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong commitment to quality and kitchen compliance standards.
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work throughout the week.
