So whats the mission of the Studio Photographer
To create campaign photoshoots and content that elevates Astrid & Miyu as a cult brand You will be delivering engaging visual contents that inspire our community and speak to our brand values
What does success look like in this role
- Works closely with the Creative Content Producer to deliver the agreed visual strategy
- Create engaging and innovative content in our inhouse studio working across all brand and product content across worn shots campaign shoots and flat lay/still life
- Understanding of videography or a willingness to learn and develop this skill set on the job
- Maintain consistency of quality across all creative imagery overseeing the retouching of assets
- Youre excited to be in the studio daily experimenting and pushing the brand boundaries youre not afraid to try new things or ways of working
- Strong lighting and studio setup knowledge youre able to overcome roadblocks and confidently set up for any brief
- Extremely collaborative and receptive to feedback you want to be part of a team that supports each other and collaborates to break all boundaries
What would you like from me
- Strong track record of studio photography lighting retouching and videography
- Confident pulling references building mood boards and sharing your ideas in group environments
- Great time management skills you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction deadlines and project execution
- Creative eye that aligns with our brand aesthetic
- Gogetter and action oriented willing to roll up sleeves when needed
- Youll be as comfortable working toward a big planned global shoots as you will grabbing your phone and finding the perfect set up for a piece of reactive content
- A team player working cross collaboratively with multiple departments and supporting others You take direction well and are a cheerleader to your team mates
- London based youre able to be in the studio most days of the week when needed
