Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Unity applications, focusing on experience, graphics, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and mechanics.
• Working on mobile applications
• Optimize code and solve complex technical challenges to ensure smooth immersive and user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance project development.

Requirements

• 4 years+ using Unity and C#.
• Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on Unity and mobile app development
• Strong knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring and guiding junior developers.
