Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing global projects to ensure successful delivery and working directly with company founder to deliver the highest quality creative to their vision. You will have the tact and highest quality communication skills to handle clients directly through all stages of project.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Leading and overseeing project teams in different global markets to meet project objectives and deliverables
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Managing project resources, including team members and external contractors
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines
• Identifying and managing risks and issues that may impact project success
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop project strategies
• Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and clients
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination among project team members
• Driving project quality and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, handling end-to-end project management
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent organizational and client and internal leadership skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Desired Experience

• Experience in brand development, organizational culture, or operations management
• Prior experience working with knowledge-based companies, product developers, or professional service firms
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
• Experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams
