We are looking for a highperforming individual looking to advance their career in our fast growing and dynamic team. In addition to strong experience of business development leading client engagements and being technical SME you will have strong people values and a passion for mentoring and playing an active role in maintaining and enhancing the strong people culture within our team.


In this busy and rewarding role you ll be responsible for:


  • Supporting Digital leadership with the strategic growth of the team from a people proposition and market perspective;
  • Manage deliver and grow IT Risk Advisory engagements to our Digital capabilities and offerings;
  • Pursue selfdevelopment and growth by taking advantage of learning opportunities within the team; and
  • Manage business development strategy across Digital including support for large bids sales opportunities and facilitating initial introductions with clients.
  • Provide advice and drive the roadmap for taking new products to market with the support of technical SMEs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and working experience of IT Governance IT General Controls and emerging IT risks / trends;
  • Good understanding of Digital propositions emerging tools and solutions supporting Digital Transformation (automation IT Risk & Control frameworks cyber specific tools)
  • Leading a team and a passion for mentoring and supporting the development of self and others;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to review and refine proposals and reports;
  • Building sustainable relationships and networks with team members and with clients;
  • Extensive prior consulting /advisory experience and an ability to manage several engagements simultaneously; and
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understanding and experience of working with ICFR and NIST frameworks (preferred).
