Framework Senior SME
Salary: Day Rate negotiable inside IR35
Grade: VP
Location: Flexible various locations (2 days a week onsite)
Contract Length: 6 Months with possible extension
Overall purpose of role
Compliance Framework & Policies Vice President (secondment) is part of the Leadership Team responsible for the management of the Compliance Framework & Policies.
Key Accountabilities
The Compliance Framework & Policies Vice President (secondment) will:
- Plan and deliver required changes to the banks financial crime risk management framework internal policies standards and procedures.
- Support the review of and any subsequent actions to the business wide financial crime risk assessment.
- Design and implement a consistent group wide quality assurance and control framework ensuring a standardized approach across the organization.
- Plan and deliver a global financial crime regulatory engagement model and oversight process.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to inform current state assessments and identify solutions.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Strong Financial Crime SME knowledge
- Experience of leading senior teams and motivating colleagues to deliver
- Strong risk and control experience
- Ability to engage and influence others particularly those at a Senior level
