Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Fareham, Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centred care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end-of-life, residential care, and specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
- Stage One – Video call interview with the Managing Director and Operations Manager
- Stage Two - In-person interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
- Have a proven track record in running commercially successful care homes
- Great clinical oversight
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Compassionate, resilient, and
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
Location:
The care home is based in Fareham and is commutable from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Eastleigh, Gosport, Havant, Lymington, Ringwood, Salisbury, Southampton, Waterlooville, Winchester, and surrounding areas.
