pTo carry out the processing of sales invoices for Reactive PPM and Small Works InvoicingppTo assist with the administration involved with key account customer portals such as costing up jobs uploading invoices and generally ensuring that works can be invoiced without falling into queryppLiaise with the customers and the Trinity ServiceInstallation teams to resolve invoicing queries or spot potential issues before they reach the customer This involves the general management of their workload via the internal KPI report and resolution of invoice queries via the weekly query reportppppstrongPrincipal Responsibilitiesstrongpppp Invoice PPM Reactive Small Works jobs and process internal revenue releases onto the system ready for postingpp To liaise with both customers and internal staff to resolve invoice queries to ensure department falls within targetpp Batch control and posting of RTIs Staged Billing and Maintenance Release batchespp Control and management of relevant KPI statuspp Administration of complex key account customer portals ranging from invoice upload job costing query resolutionpp General workflow management Liaising with regional Install teams the Central HUB labour control and admin supportppbrppstrongAccountable forstrongpp Recording data accuratelypp Checking the database daily to ensure all service jobs are invoicedbrbrppstrongKey Competencies of experienced jobholderstrongppppstrongSkillsstrongpppp Ability to use Word and Excel databases effectively and accuratelypp A high level of customer service skill used when dealing with external contactspp Good telephone manner and verbal communicationpp Able to plan effectively and organise own workloadpp Able to deal with all staff tactfully and assertivelypp Contributes to effective team working and contributes to the continuous improvement of business processesppppstrongTechnical knowledgestrongpppp Working knowledge of quality management systemspp Commercial awarenesspp A high level of customer service awarenessbrbrppstrongDocumentationstrongpp Able to read Engineers work reports quickly and accuratelypp Ensures that all documentation provided by others is accurate and completeppbrppbrp
