We are currently seeking an exceptional Production Manager to join a successful and growing business based in the Bridgwater area.You'll be working for a company that not only cares and values its employees, but also goes above and beyond to ensure each person's success and wellbeing.

The successful Production Manager will be a strategic, yet hands-on individual, with a deep knowledge of production process, policies and practices. They should have excellent analytical and organisational abilities and be capable of leading and developing a team of professionals.

The Role:

The Production Managers primary responsibilities will include: monitoring production schedules, developing and implementing strategies to improve workflow and efficiency, conducting reviews of inventory levels and personnel, leading, managing and motivated the workforce andmanaging staff performance. Additionally, they will ensure that the quality of products is always at the highest standard andexceeding the customers expectations.

The Person:

We are searching for a dedicated professional who is eager to join a well-established team. The successful candidate will have apassion for producing results, optimising processes, and motivating employees to reach high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will have an impressive understanding of Lean Manufacturing, as well as knowledge of applicable Health & Safety protocols and Quality Control methods. A key component of this role is the aptitude to use data in formulating effective production plans, while also managing and maintaining accurate inventories.

Additional Information:

  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
