A commercial fit out company that specialises in fast turnaround fit out projects for a large number of UK household names is looking for a contracts manager to join them on a full time, permanent ;
The majority of projects have a timescale of around 2-3 days to install retail kiosks & the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 5-7 projects at anyone time, each in ;

Key duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited too:
- Responsible for project ;
- Ensure contract compliance at all times in the agreed timescales
- Provide sound technical advice, where the project requires specialist advise
- Selection and management of contractors
- Collate and produce all management information required, including overtime, material and sub contract spending
Skills, Qualification & Experience:
- Previous experience within the Fit out / Shop fitting industry
- HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous
- Commitment to the Highest Standards of H&S, Quality and Environmental protection
- Recognised sites safety management course
- First aid training would be advantageous
