Mission Translate is a global language and insight agency headquartered in Birmingham, looking for a full time BDM to join the team, with hybrid or remote working.

Business Development Manager will create new sales opportunities and help drive growth within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
- Proactively follow up leads generated from our business contact data generation activity
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
- Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective customers.
Skills Required:
- Computer literate/keyboard skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor s degree
- Minimum 2-years proven experience in B2B sales within the Translation and Localisation industry.
Benefits:
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum + OTE and other benefits
