Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Hours: 9am 5pm (MonFri)

Location: 39 Bulwer Rd New Barnet Barnet EN5 5EU (Barnet Window Company Showroom)

The Role

Barnet Window Company is at an exciting stage of its business development. A very successful family business we are looking to employ an enthusiastic and conscientious customer service coordinator to complement our sales team.

In this role you will work closely with the Sales Director to help with its implementation. It is a unique opportunity for the right person to use their existing skills to shape a role. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in working in a stimulating environment then this could be for you.

Please note that NO window or construction industry experience is required in this role.

Your duties

  • Maintaining excellent communication with customers either over the phone or via email delivering a 5star experience
  • Taking ownership of certain supplier accounts and providing customers with quotations
  • Using suppliers online software quoting programmes and obtaining accurate prices in a timely manner
  • Utilising the CRM system to maintain efficient customer interactions and facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team
  • Flexible approach to the sales team in meeting their daytoday needs

Skills Required

  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player willing to support others yet able to show initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good level of computer literacy and confidence in acquiring skills in the use of a variety of online software programmes
  • Have a conscientious and proactive approach coupled with a proven ability to plan and prioritise multitask requests
